Sophia joined MMP in May 2021 with previous recruitment experience as a Resourcer and, within 6 months, was promoted to Recruitment Consultant. Sophia is now responsible for delivering Maintenance and Trades recruitment across East London and Essex, building on her own client and candidate relationships.

MMP go above and beyond to celebrate achievements no matter how big or small.
