Job Description

Summary: Join our Capital, Estates, and Facilities team as a Painter and Decorator within the NHS in West London. Your role includes painting and decorating various building elements, maintenance support, and teamwork.The role will be working a minimum of 37.5 hours per week, earning £17 per hour.

Responsibilities:

* Perform painting and decorating tasks both internally and externally across London Sites.
* Ensure the safe use of PPEs, ladders, scaffolding, and other height equipment.
* Identify, prepare, and decorate building elements using paint, wallpaper, and other finishes following safety protocols.
* Measure surface areas to determine material requirements and manage workloads.
* Perform tasks such as brickwork repair, mortar work, and damp proofing.
* Travel between London sites as needed.
* Possess in-depth knowledge of trade tools and products.
* Work safely at heights and independently when necessary.
* Work overtime and occasional unsociable hours as requested.
* Comply with Health and Safety regulations and maintain a safe environment.
* Perform minor new works as required.

Requirement:

* Training in Painting and Decorating or experience.
* General knowledge and high standards in your field of experience.
* Able to support trade staff when needed.
* Team player.
* Self-motivated and capable of working with minimal supervision.

Role Overview:
